the room was super clean i saw. staff seemed helpful and friendly. the location worked perfect it was nearby many attractions. the free tea, coffee and bottled water was a bonus i enjoyed.
i was a little disappointed by the view of a small brick yard. there were no plug sockets beside the bed. the foyer has a overpowering smell that gave me a headache, they need tone that down a bit.

Fantastic stay near Hyde Park

The staff were ALWAYS friendly. They stored my bags both before check-in and after check-out. This allowed me to explore the area without luggage. The air conditioning worked GREAT, and the location was central. I also found the umbrellas for rent very convenient.
My room faced a small, enclosed brick yard. I found that the view from there was a tad disappointing. There were also no plug sockets next to the bed. the room was fine.

The staff was helpful and friendly. One member of the staff was particularly helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations during my stay. I felt very welcome.

the location proved acceptable due to its proximity to transportation.
The assigned room, a beautiful king room, was in the basement. Its view overlooked a dirty wall. the window was broken, so i could not leave any valuables in the room while out. the kettle and phone were not working either.
